As a licensed cosmetologist and certified master extension specialist, my approach goes beyond the finished look. I believe great hair begins with understanding the woman wearing it, her lifestyle, her natural hair, and what she wants to achieve.

Before building my career in beauty, I spent 15 years in corporate finance, including project management at JPMorgan Chase.
That experience taught me the importance of preparation, organization, consistency, and delivering on expectations. When I transitioned into the beauty industry, those standards came with me.
Today, they influence everything from how I approach a consultation to how I structure the client experience.
I understand the value of your time, the importance of feeling confident in your appearance, and the difference that thoughtful, professional service can make.

As an extension specialist and educator, I’m passionate about sharing the techniques, knowledge, and experience I’ve developed with other beauty professionals.
Through intimate classes and professional training, I focus on more than teaching an installation method. I want stylists to understand the reasoning behind the technique, from proper placement and hair selection to achieving natural-looking results and maintaining the integrity of the client’s hair.
My background in business also influences the way I teach. Technical skill matters, but so does understanding how to deliver a professional experience and build a service business with confidence.
